Argentina's Galo AI turns WhatsApp orders into structured supply chain data
Argentine startup Galo AI is applying artificial intelligence to B2B order management for distributors, wholesalers and consumer brands. Its platform extracts and structures orders from WhatsApp conversations, voice messages, images and documents, connecting commercial interactions with ERP, invoicing and logistics workflows. September 2026 reporting describes more than 50 business customers across four Latin American markets and approximately US$5 million in monthly transaction volume. These figures are reported commercial activity, not independently audited performance results.

Supply chain visibility starts before the planning system. In distribution networks where customer demand arrives through unstructured conversations, AI can improve order capture and data availability without replacing the ERP. The operational value depends on product-master matching, pricing validation, order completeness and exception handling. Better order capture does not automatically mean better demand forecasting. Human accountability for commercial exceptions and master-data governance remains essential.
