Senior Manager — AI & Self-Healing Engine, Last Mile Delivery
Walmart Bentonville, Arkansas, USALast Mile Delivery
Salaire : non communiqué
Walmart is hiring a senior manager for an operating system that uses real-time data and AI agents for last-mile exception detection, root-cause analysis, intervention and resolution.

Self-healing is meaningful here because the target is an operational exception workflow, not a chatbot. The key control is escalation logic: an automated resolution rate is valuable only if the system knows when not to resolve autonomously. A wrong action in last-mile execution has immediate service and cost consequences.
