SECURITY: NIST Flags New Threats From Autonomous AI-Agent Access

NIST has highlighted security risks created when autonomous AI agents receive access to applications, data and execution environments.

Supply Chain agents able to query inventory, change parameters, contact suppliers or execute code require action-level controls, monitoring and constrained permissions.
