REGULATION: EU AI Act Literacy and Prohibited-Practice Rules Enter Into Application
From 2 February 2025, the first operational requirements of the EU AI Act began applying, including AI literacy obligations and prohibitions on specific AI practices.
Supply Chain teams should inventory AI used in planning, recruitment, worker monitoring, supplier assessment and decision support, and verify whether users understand the risks and limits of each system.
