EVENT: AI Agents in Supply Chain — From Use Cases to Operational Adoption
MyExobrain and Alkemys Consulting hosted a webinar on June 12, 2026, focused on practical AI agent use cases in Supply Chain operations.
The session, led by Arnaud Morvan and Damien Portmann, addressed a recurring challenge for industrial organizations: identifying where AI agents can create measurable operational value rather than remaining isolated demonstrations. For Supply Chain leaders, the relevant questions extend beyond the agent itself: which operational decision is being improved, which Supply Chain data the agent can access, who owns its decision logic, and how its recommendations are validated before affecting planning or execution.

The operational value of Agentic AI depends less on conversational capabilities than on controlled access to planning data, explicit ownership of decision rules and clear escalation paths. Early agent use cases should remain bounded, auditable and human-supervised until their outputs are reliable enough to integrate with APS, ERP or execution workflows.
