Vineet Khanna, former Global Head of Supply Chain at Nestlé, has joined Kearney PERLab as an advisor. PERLab works with companies on product design, portfolio complexity, margin improvement, sustainability, IoT, consumer insight and manufacturing excellence.
Khanna brings nearly four decades of experience spanning Supply Chain transformation, strategy, digital technology and operational excellence.
The appointment connects product architecture with Supply Chain Planning. Product design decisions shape bills of materials, sourcing complexity, manufacturing constraints, inventory exposure and lifecycle-planning requirements long before planners optimize demand and supply.
