SAP pushes AI-enabled order orchestration toward a decision layer
SAP Order Management Services was named a Leader in IDC's 2026 assessment of AI-enabled order orchestration and fulfillment. SAP describes the product as connecting demand, inventory, fulfillment and financial context, with additional AI capabilities planned.
