Zeus goes live with ketteQ and Verito on a unified S&OP and supply planning platform
Zeus has gone live on the ketteQ planning platform with implementation support from Verito Group. The deployment brings S&OP, demand planning and supply planning, including constraint-based capacity planning, onto a single platform and replaces a planning process previously spread across multiple spreadsheets. Zeus is also piloting ketteQ's Quintus technology as a next step.

The material change is the consolidation of forecasting, supply planning and constraint-based capacity planning into one operating platform after Zeus first reorganized its planning roles and governance. The value is therefore tied less to software substitution alone than to whether the centralized planning process and constraints remain consistently maintained. The failure mode is recreating spreadsheet-era fragmentation inside a new platform if ownership, planning rules or constraint data drift.
