Mecalux showcases Easy AI and warehouse AI agents at Retail Supply Chain & Logistics Expo 2026
Mecalux will present its intralogistics portfolio at Retail Supply Chain & Logistics Expo 2026 (ExCeL London, November 11-12, booth R1151): AMRs, the 4-Way Pallet Shuttle, goods-to-person systems and Easy WMS. The company will also show Easy AI, which lets users query the WMS in natural language, and AI agents under development to analyze data, detect incidents and recommend warehouse optimizations. WMS vendors are moving AI from a reporting add-on to agents that detect incidents and recommend operational changes. For operations leaders, the question becomes one of decision rights: what the agent may only recommend versus what it may execute, and whether its recommendations stay grounded in the warehouse's own data.
