Amart Furniture is replacing legacy planning with RELEX across 66 stores and four distribution centers, targeting forecasting, replenishment and container-order optimization for a long-lead-time import network.

The interesting capability is adaptive planning around actual lead-time behavior, not AI forecasting by itself. It creates value if the system can distinguish structural lead-time shifts from noise and feed that distinction into safety-stock and order timing decisions.
