Microsoft scales 111+ supply-chain agents after redesigning workflows and shared data
Microsoft says its cloud supply-chain team simplified end-to-end processes, created a common data foundation and deployed more than 111 agents across planning, sourcing, fulfillment and logistics. In reported examples, five planning cycles fell from about 10 to under 2.5 business days and demand-plan investigations moved from 5–7 days to hours.
