Sereact and Arvato expand AI robotic picking across three fulfilment sites
Arvato is extending Sereact robotic picking beyond a single demonstration environment to six robots deployed across three facilities and several fulfilment configurations. The expansion tests whether one perception-and-control layer can operate across different storage systems, item assortments and packaging workflows.

The material signal is multi-site and multi-process reuse, not the robot itself. Value depends on maintaining throughput when SKU mix changes and on routing exceptions cleanly through WMS, AutoStore and human workflows. The principal failure mode is that nominal picking flexibility is offset by unresolved items, packaging exceptions or upstream replenishment constraints.
