Responsable Supply Chain H/F — Transition Mission
Michael Page Interim Management is recruiting a transition manager for a Responsable Supply Chain mission in Montbéliard, France. The assignment is planned for a minimum of six months and is focused on securing supply chain operations during an industrial transformation context.
The role covers end-to-end Supply Chain operations for the site, including procurement, logistics, stocks and shipments. The manager will lead a team of 12 to 15 people with management relays, maintain operational continuity, improve inventory reliability and drive performance actions linked to Continuous Improvement.
The expected profile is an experienced supply chain manager with strong field orientation, industrial background, autonomy and the ability to take ownership quickly in a transformation environment. Professional English is also required.
This mission is a good signal for Supply Chain Planning and operational governance because it is not only a replacement role. The mandate is about securing flows, inventories and execution while the organization is changing.
For industrial leaders, the key question is how the interim manager will stabilize the operating model: which Inventory Management rules are trusted, which KPIs drive decisions, who owns the supply chain logic, and how performance actions are translated into durable routines after the mission ends.
