AI planning projects often fail upstream: the real problem may be master data or workflow

A recurring pattern in Supply Chain AI programs is misdiagnosing the layer where the problem lives. A demand or supply-planning symptom can originate in forecast logic, item or master data, process design, or the workflow itself.
