OMP shows why master-data accuracy is not enough for APS trust

OMP’s September master-data article shows that “clean” planning data can still encode unhealthy operations. For APS teams, the point is not only whether rates, yields or lead times match actuals, but whether the actuals themselves reveal hidden process instability.
