Shift-left planning exposes feasibility constraints before execution
A supply-chain planning analysis argues that many plans fail because feasibility constraints are introduced too late. Shift-left planning brings capacity, material, labor and execution conditions into scenario design earlier. Feasibility planning should reveal violated constraints, assumptions and trade-offs so planners can distinguish a fast scenario from an executable plan.
