REGULATION: EU General-Purpose AI Obligations Begin Applying
From 2 August 2025, obligations for providers of general-purpose AI models entered the EU AI Act implementation phase.
Organizations embedding foundation models into Supply Chain applications should understand provider documentation, model limitations, downstream responsibilities and any systemic-risk controls.
