NOMINATION: o9 Solutions promotes Ashwin Rao to CTO as APEX becomes its AI planning bet
o9 Solutions announced on July 2, 2026 that Dr. Ashwin Rao has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer. Rao joined o9 in November 2025 as Executive Vice President, Next-Gen AI and Technology, and the company says his work on neuro-symbolic AI combines neural pattern recognition with the structured intelligence of o9’s Enterprise Knowledge Graph.
